Sonja Schmidt-Gillmeister

Sonja Schmidt-Gillmeister holds a degree in international business administration, is a systemic coach, mother of two children and has been working for recruitment consultancies for more than 20 years. After joining a well-known British consultancy as a researcher in 1999, her career path led her to a start-up company specializing in corporate finance roles, to an American global player and finally to a consultancy specializing in the healthcare sector, in each case with steadily growing sales responsibility.

Since May 2024, Sonja has been strengthening the team Konsul as an independent Associate Partner in the areas of healthcare with a focus on biotech & pharmaceuticals and industry with a focus on chemicals, agriculture, automotive and defense.

Functionally, Sonja fills specialist and management positions a priori in sales, finance, production, supply chain and quality management. Her clients include companies of all sizes and cultures: start-ups, SMEs, family businesses and corporations, which she supports in mainly national recruitment projects. However, she has also successfully completed international projects.
